Job Description

Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a national professional services organization to hire a Receptionist to support front-office operations and internal teams. This role is ideal for someone friendly, organized, and eager to grow within a stable company.
Location: Irvine, CA (onsite)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

Pay: $18.50/hr

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet visitors and answer incoming calls
  • Maintain the reception area and support mail/package handling
  • Assist with filing, scanning, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Provide administrative support to departments and leadership
  • Handle sensitive information with professionalism

Qualifications

  • Reception, administrative, or office support experience preferred
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional, reliable, and eager to learn
